Hey guys I have been out of the game since October when divorce forced me to move back to WA and leave all my fish, tanks and equipment behind in NC. For the first time in 15 years I dont have fish and its driving me insane. Since I am currently living with my parents I cant have more than a small tank say maybe 10 gallons or I may be able to squeeze a 20 long in my room someplace. Thing is if I get a tank setup in here I'll have one hell of a time trying to decide what to keep in it. I'd like something pretty and not so common if at all possible and species isnt as much important as I've kept several different ones. So I figured I'd see what you guys think on the subject?

If I cant make up my mind on cichlids I might squeeze a few small killifish tanks in here and there wherever I can. LOL Since I enjoy those so much as well.

If you can fit in that 20 Gallon Long, then you'd be golden. I would keep either a pair of Laetacara curviceps (which are hard to come by at least around here, all the ones sold as 'curviceps' are actually L. dorsigera) or a pair of smaller Pelvicachromis myself.

Or I might finally give Apistos a try if I could find a decent trio.

Oh, and of course ... a pair of Crenicichla regani would probably top the list.
